Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

 1 cup Sherry or Mirin
1 1/2 Cups Honey
2 Cups Shoyu Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Each, Ginger and Garlic, chopped
1/2 Cup Pineapple, crushed

Bring to a boil, add, stirring, 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in hot water.  Stir until thickened slightly.  

This recipe can be halved or kept in refrigerator for a quick meal almost indefinitely
